Your initial outlay is tailored to your budget- so you can have all the modern conveniences or a basic caravan and annex. We have an on site maintenance man that can build annexes, decks, awnings and fly-overs.
You lease the site on an annual basis, which is a modest amount for the services provided plus full use of all resort facilities.

4.8km from the mouth of the Howqua River, on the shores of Lake Eildon, in the Victorian High Country, Howqua Valley Caravan Park is a real Family holiday experience. While staying at the park the activities are endless:* You can explore the High Country by 4WD or Motorbike.* Catch on adrenalin rush as you skip across the water on skis, a ski biscuit or live on the edge- try wakeboarding.* Head to Mt Buller to snowboard or ski, or if you are into cross-country skiing, try Mt Stirling.* Fly fish along the famous Howqua River.* Mount a horse for an hour or an overnight ride with one of the High Country horsemen that operate in this area.* Taste some of the magnificent wines and experience the culinary delights of this area.

EXTRA FAMILY MEMBERS ONCE THEY TURN 18 YEARS ARE CHARGED AT ADULT RATE.
